No. Crit complements phone contact by adding registration, auditability, and escalation. The radiologist can still call or use WhatsApp when appropriate. The difference is that once a finding is marked critical, there is an official timestamped trail.

How does PACS integration work?

Crit is native to Laudos.AI. When the radiologist marks a finding as critical in the Editor, the alert is automatically sent to the correct attending physician with an anonymized summary and controlled access link to the PACS study.

Does the app expose patient data?

No. The push notification carries only minimum metadata such as priority, department, and clinical tag. Identifiable patient data appears only after the physician authenticates in the app, aligned with LGPD.
