By creating an account or using any Laudos.AI feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you act on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Continued use means acceptance of future updates. Material changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance by registered email and in-product notice.

Laudos.AI is intended for radiologists and healthcare professionals with active registration. Institutional profiles may connect operational users under the responsibility of the technical medical lead.

We may validate professional registration and suspend inconsistent accounts.

The platform supports radiology report production. Final medical responsibility for signed content always remains with the professional, in line with CFM Resolution 2,454/2026.

No AI output should be used alone for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes without human review.

You agree not to use the platform to process patient data without legal basis, train third-party models with our outputs, automate mass submissions without supervision, or reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our models.

If misuse is detected, we may suspend access immediately and pursue applicable legal measures.

The Laudos.AI brand, interface, trained language models, standard templates, and integrated triggers are owned by Laudos.AI Tecnologia Ltda.

Authorial content you upload, such as custom templates, vocabulary, and preferences, remains yours. We receive a limited reciprocal license only to operate the platform.

Plans are billed monthly or annually as contracted. If payment is overdue for more than 15 days, access may be restricted; data remains intact for 90 days for reactivation.

Institutional discounts require a specific contract and a minimum number of active users.

You may cancel at any time in the subscription panel. Amounts for the current billing cycle are not refunded unless the failure is attributable to us.

Upon cancellation, we make complete export of reports and templates available in open format for up to 60 days.

To the extent permitted by law, Laudos.AI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or reputational loss arising from use or unavailability of the platform.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount effectively paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event.

The courts of Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil are elected to resolve disputes, with waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
